About Us

We have been servicing retail, resort and gift shops with merchandise for men (including big & tall), ladies (including juniors & plus sizes), boys, girls, toddlers and infants for over 20 years. In addition to our regular "In Line" items we have also been a leader in providing first quality off-price apparel including sweat shirts, hooded fleece, polar fleece, sweaters, garment dyes, tee shirts, tank tops, muscle tops, beach cover-ups, polo's and more! The items you will find featured here on our web site are only a small part of what we have to offer.

Before introducing our exclusive brand of footwear, “Blue Ocean Trading Co.” we did extensive research in the footwear industry regarding sandals & aqua shoes. We are determined and confident that our line of footwear will be the benchmarks to which all others will be compared.

SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped FOB our Pompano Beach Warehouse. COD, freight and insurance charges will be added to the cost of merchandise. Orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service or Common Carrier (truck) unless otherwise requested. Please let us know if you prefer a specific carrier or have specific instructions when you place your order.

TERMS
American Express, Mastercard & Visa are accepted at no additional cost to the buyer.
For customers requesting credit (terms), an application must first be completed and approved to open an account. Additional financial statements may also be requested. A finance charge of 1.25% per month (15% per annum) will be charged on balances that extend beyond the established terms.

CLAIMS
All claims for shortages, damages, etc. must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. All returns must have prior approval by our customer service department. A Return Authorization # will be provided and must be written on all paperwork as well as the outside of all boxes. In addition to freight charges, all refused or unclaimed shipments are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

EMBROIDERY & SCREEN PRINT
Minimum production time is 2 weeks from receipt of order.
No returns will be accepted on embellished merchandise {unless damaged}.
We have a large selection of stock designs available, custom logos are also accepted.

BACKORDERS / OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
In order to provide our customers with the best “fill” possible we will substitute any similar style of equal or greater value for any unavailable items for a  unless 'Backorder Only' is requested when you place your order.
